Hansel from Basel is happy to return/exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise in their original condition, with original packaging intact within 14 days of your purchase. For all legwear, hang tags must remain stitched to the product for eligible return. No refunds or exchanges on items marked "FINAL SALE."

No refunds on PROMO code sale merchandise, other than the welcome discount. We are happy to offer exchange or store credit on sale items within 14 days of your purchase.
If you decide to return an item(s) for refund, the cost of return shipping labels will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. Upon acceptance of merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by e-mail.
Exchanges and store credit receive courtesy pre-paid return labels. Store credit will be issued as a gift card available for immediate use. Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the replacement item will be shipped upon availability.
Hansel from Basel will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. Unapproved or unauthorized returns will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
We recommend taking care and using sharp, pointed scissors to remove hang tags. Damage may occur if hang tags are pulled or torn off. Any item(s) with damage (i.e. hole, snag, tear, pull or stretch) due to improper hang tag removal are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Hansel from Basel is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
