Returns + Exchanges
Hansel from Basel is happy to return/exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise in their original condition, with original packaging intact within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund/exchange.
All sales are final on sale merchandise, including PROMO code sales. Promotional discounts cannot be applied to previous purchases and may not be combined with any other promotion.
Please email email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your order and we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
If you decide to return an item(s) to Hansel from Basel, you are responsible for any return/exchange shipping charges. Please note that the original shipping amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 7 business days, at which time you will be notified by e-mail. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.
Upon acceptance of merchandise for exchange, the replacement item will be shipped upon availability.
Hansel from Basel will not refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.
We reserve the right to reject any returns/exchanges that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Hansel from Basel is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a restocking fee.
