Items will only be accepted for either an online credit or for an exchange only (not a return). All exchanged items are FINAL SALE. All requests for exchanges must be made within 7 days of receipt and must be approved by Hansel from Basel. We reserve the right to deny requests if the reasons for exchanges do not meet our return policy requirements.

The merchandise must be packaged and postmarked within 7 days after contacting info@hanselfrombasel.com. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but will not be charged to receive an exchanged item. Therefore, customers cover the cost to ship it to us and we will cover the cost to ship it back to our customers. We will not accept CODs.

Merchandise must be returned in original condition and with all original tags attached. Merchandise cannot show any signs of previous wear. Original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. When returning legwear, the return will be denied if there is extensive damage to the packaging or the socks/tights.
